While we're on the subject of albums I used to love, it's scary how much I still relate to the song "
The Trial" by
Pink Floyd...the climax, of course, to the album "
The Wall". The older I get the more it seems to apply.
Of course, the harder I try to "
Tear down The Wall" the higher it seems to rise.
That's O.K. In a lot of ways, I like it. And in any case, I'll keep looking (for the door there in the wall where I came in).
What else have I got to do?
Incidentally, I've recently rediscovered my love of the Album as an art form. I'm so sick of singles and "Shuffle All". That's why I've decided that I'm going to buy a record player. It's on the list!
Isn't it great how upbeat I am come February??
